Unprofessional. Doesn’t return phone calls or text messages. It’s happened a couple of times. I know another person that this has happened too! If you don’t want my business then say so!! Very rude not to return calls or texts especially when you have a service business and rely on good reviews!
Laura is so kind, so flexible and does excellent work! Her studio is welcoming and clean. i have gone to her for years for my lashes and will continue going to only her as long as I live in this area! Cannot recommend her enough!

I’ve been going to Laura for over two years now for last extensions and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my lashes, I even drive 50 minutes there. She makes you feel so comfortable, enough to take a nap every appointment! My lashes have lasted up to 5 weeks, the retention I get is honestly insane! I’ve always gotten the hybrid set and absolutely love the way they look. They look full and beautiful. If you’re questioning getting lash extensions I highly recommend the lovely lashes!
Laura is very knowledgeable in the lash field! She is thorough and gave me the exact look I wanted with my lashes. I had issues with lashes falling off randomly at other places but hers last.
