Unprofessional. Doesn’t return phone calls or text messages. It’s happened a couple of times. I know another person that this has happened too! If you don’t want my business then say so!! Very rude not to return calls or texts especially when you have a service business and rely on good reviews!
Laura is so kind, so flexible and does excellent work! Her studio is welcoming and clean. i have gone to her for years for my lashes and will continue going to only her as long as I live in this area! Cannot recommend her enough!
Laura is amazing! My lashes always look great! She is incredibly sweet and professional and her facility is comfortable and relaxing! Can't recommend her enough!
